Returns and Exchanges

Refund policy

There will be no refunds or exchanges on sale items as they are FINAL Sale.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Goods received outside this period will not be accepted, please ensure items are tried on as soon as they are received. Items must be in original and saleable condition with original tags attached, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. The date of receipt refers to the date that we receive from our courier tracking service as ‘the date of item delivery'. 

Please e-mail LLF@vizypay.com before proceeding with your return. 

We advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to VizyPay. Please note we can not refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way.  We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above. Refunds are not accepted on sale items unless faulty. Original and return postage is non-refundable.

If the tracking shows that is was delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages. (Domestic)

International orders are purchasing at their own risk. Although it is very rare, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. International orders usually arrive within 14-21 days, but we have seen up to 45 days on occasion.
