We’re kicking off our first Look Local Friday event of 2025 on March 22  at the Look Local First Lounge, and we’d love for you to join us! This is your chance to connect with fellow small business owners, enjoy great food and drinks, and have a little fun while celebrating the incredible small business community.

We’re hosting this networking event to bring together the people who make our local economy thrive. Whether you’re a seasoned business owner or just starting out, this is a relaxed and welcoming space to share ideas, build relationships, and maybe even spark some collaborations.

Location: AH Blank Golf Course, Des Moines, Iowa

We’re excited to announce the Look Local First Classic 2025 happening on Saturday, May 31, at the beautiful AH Blank Golf Course in Des Moines, Iowa. This isn’t just another day on the course – it’s your chance to make a real impact while having a blast!

What’s the Tournament About?
All proceeds from the event will go directly toward Look Local First’s efforts to support small businesses through events, vendor shows and all of our initiatives. When you join us, you’re helping to strengthen the local business community and keep it thriving.

What to Expect:

• A fun 18-hole tournament at one of the best golf courses in the area.
• A chance to connect with awesome small business owners and community leaders.
• Raffles, giveaways, and maybe a few surprises along the way.
• Delicious lunch and an awards ceremony to wrap up the day.
